Senior Scrum Master (m/f/d) Berlin

As Forte Digital Germanys (Senior) Scrum Master you will manage the product roadmap, advise our clients and guide your team to deliver excellent digital solutions in time and budget.
You should be based in Berlin to join our Forte Team in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the Setup, Implementation, and Onboarding of teams within Scrum and Agile Frameworks
- Coach and mentor teams to work effectively within Scrum principles, encouraging self-organization and collaboration
- Design and conduct engaging Workshop sessions to promote continuous improvement and team learning
- Oversee scrum artifacts and scrum events, ensuring they are well-managed and contribute to project success.
- Utilize and adapt expertise in Scrum Master tools such as team performance reporting to monitor and optimize team performance, Burndown Chart, Velocity planning and impediment backlog issues
- Apply knowledge of various methodologies, including Kanban and Scrumban, to suit project requirements.
- Plan and forecast team capacity for both weekly and long-term initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and manage Risks within the team and the product to minimize potential roadblocks and delays.
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire colleagues and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Leadership skills and experience working in high-performing and fast-paced environments
- Excellency in facilitation, organization, communication, problem solving, time management, transparency and inspecting & adaptable processes
- Technical skills or know how of building end-to-end digital platforms and services
- High level experience working with Confluence, Jira & Jira Service Desk, or Azure DevOps, Monday

Education and Experience:
- At least 5 years working experience in a Product Owner (for web applications and/or intranet solutions) or Product Manager role
- University Degree in computer science, IT, business or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Nice to have: You gained a certificate as Product Owner, in Agile Methods or related additional trainings
