Role description

As a Senior/Lead React Developer, you will participate in providing modern web solutions for our Norwegian clients.

Apart from participating in projects, we would like you to take care of building and developing JS competences in our Krakow and Katowice offices, and to act as a mentor and partner for other front-end developers in the company. We promise to make sure there is time for it.

How do we work?

  • Our projects are organized within distributed, multidisciplinary teams;
  • We work with .NET Core and React, we also use cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure);
  • We focus on the quality of the solutions provided, individual development of each employee and a good working atmosphere.


  • Strong knowledge and experience in Javascript / Typescript;
  • Strong knowledge and experience in React;
  • Experience in building web applications and consuming API;
  • Willingness and skills to transfer knowledge and mentor less experienced people;
  • Willingness to act as a competency leader of front-end developers at Forte;
  • Experience in writing tests and testable code;
  • Experience in writing performant code and solving performance issues;
  • Good understanding of modern HTML/CSS;
  • Familiarity with Git and team collaboration tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Github, Gitlab, JIRA);
  • Positive attitude to work in the team and with the client;
  • Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Good knowlegde of the English language (B2/C1 level).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Node.js, Express;
  • Experience with Next.js;
  • Experience with CI / CD.
