Role description
As a Senior Financial Controller at Forte Digital you will be part of our growing, international financial operations team. You will get a possibility to have a real impact on the financial aspects of our operations in Poland. Ultimately, you will be responsible for establishing the shared services supporting all our markets.
Responsibilities
- Financial reporting and controlling for Forte Digital Poland and supporting consolidated reporting for entire Forte Group and our markets
- Supervision over all accounting, tax and financial aspects of the Forte Digital Poland operations (using Enova, Saldeo, PowerBI, Excel)
- Cooperation with financial operations team in Norway and in other markets
- Cooperation with our external accounting office, lawyers and tax authorities to ensure our financial operations are running smoothly and with quality
- Responsibility for automation, optimization and improvement of accounting processes and the implementation of supporting systems
Requirements
- Knowledge of Polish tax regulations, accounting with the special focus on aspects specific for IT companies
- Experience within international financial operations, controlling and reporting
- Experience in the effective improvement and automation of accounting processes
- Very good knowledge of English and great communication skills
- Excel proficiency
- Being well-organized, analytical and business oriented

- Experience with Enova365 accounting system
