Forte Digital has experienced great growth since its start in 2017, we are now 130 experts in technology, design, and consulting. We work with customers such as NorgesGruppen, OBOS, NAF, Farmasiet, Kristiania University College, Kongsberg Gruppen, Flokk, Hovedorganisasjonen Virke and a number of public enterprises.

We deliver interdisciplinary teams that work with clients over time and experts that our customers can hire for their own teams. Forte Digital wants to be a long-term strategic partner for the customers we work with, where we can be involved and develop new concepts and more solutions together. Our main goal is always to contribute to organic growth and increased sales. Forte Digital is also known for always giving the little extra it takes to truly succeed digitally.

We often solve complex challenges for our customers through heavy technology expertise and long experience in building good and relevant customer experiences. We build cloud-based service platforms, e-commerce solutions, data-driven digital solutions and internal business applications. Our ambition is to utilize data in a smart and more efficient way through Digital Service Platforms.

Our company is now entering a new and exciting phase. Among other things, we will build more long-term customer commitments, we will develop our own products and build up our own product company, and we will establish new business areas. Business Consulting is an example of a new business area we are establishing now, which will consist of highly experienced consultants in strategy and management. Business Consulting will assist our customers in moving more of the business and sales to digital channels, and increase the total sales and profitability of the business.

We are now looking for a sales director who will focus on building new long-term customer relationships. As Director New Business, you will report to the CEO and be part of the management team at Forte Digital.

We are looking for you who are good at building relationships and already have a large network, and who can also be a good advisor for new customers in the early stages. You do not want to work with traditional sales, but build new relationships and sell Forte Digital to new customers by being a good advisor from the start of the dialogue.

You will work closely with Business Consulting and others who work with sales and customer development at Forte Digital. We also have our own PR and marketing team that works to build knowledge of Forte Digital in the market.

It is an advantage if you have worked as a consultant in our industry before, and that you already have a large network of contacts on the customer side. Your everyday life will largely consist of meeting people and creating interest in Forte Digital through your own advice. The way we sell Forte Digital to new customers is to be good advisors from the start, with the goal of building long-term commitments with one or more teams from us.
