We are now seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for our new product company at Forte Digital.
Are you an innovative and strategically oriented technology leader? We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can lead our vision of transforming customer data into valuable opportunities without significant investments. Our ambition is to build new, cost-effective services that simplify value creation from our own data.
Your responsibility
As the CTO of a new product company, you will be active in shaping the organization, its direction, and our ability to scale. Technically, your responsibility is to create space for an efficient and exploratory environment, in a dynamic and cost-efficient manner. Alongside the rest of the team, you will actively contribute to how we bring services to the market and commercialize our products.
Qualifications we are looking for:
We are looking for a CTO with a solid development background, combined with professional integrity and leadership experience from various projects or companies. You have likely been involved in scaling companies before or have experience in building development teams within established businesses. Technically, you are pragmatic about technology usage and can quickly adapt to changes in customer or product demand. You will be our beacon in architectural discussions and technical decision-making and contribute operationally where needed in our cross-functional teams.
