HR Manager (m/f/d)Berlin
Forte Digital builds relevant digital products for our clients by combining the power of data, technology, and design. As Human Resources Manager at Forte Digital, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, employee relations, compliance, HR administration and you will support in recruitment activities.
You should be based in Berlin to join our Forte Team in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating employee concerns and day-to-day personnel management tasks (e.g. onboarding, offboarding etc.)
- Proactively address employee relations, topics and conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Create and maintain accurate HR records and documents, including employee files, contracts, and HRIS (Personio) data
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required, providing insights and recommendations for HR-related decision-making
- Engaging in project-related activities related to company culture, employee satisfaction, benefits, etc.
- Supporting recruiting efforts e.g. by creating and posting job advertisements or communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a HR role
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in payroll support is a big plus
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Business fluent in German and English
