Data Analyst & Researcher (m/f/d)Berlin

The main tasks as Data Analyst at Forte includes analyzing large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and conclusions, as well as leading the development of reports, dashboards, and tools for clients to visualize data and facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.
You should be based in Berlin to join our Forte Team in Germany.
Responsibilities:
Data Analyst Tasks
- Analyze large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights, hypotheses, and conclusions
- Lead the development of reports, dashboards, and tools for client use from end to end
- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to make complex issues and data visible
- Present analysis findings and recommendations to senior management
- Proactively explore data and conduct analytical deep dives for uncovering insights and testing opportunities
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Measure and communicate the impact of various campaigns, providing valuable insights
- Maintain and enhance existing data solutions to cater to diverse use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using data-driven insights
Researcher Tasks
- Collect data from different sources, such as surveys, interviews, market research reports, and online analytics
- Perform market and industry analysis - staying updated with the latest industry trends, monitoring competitors, and identifying growth opportunities and potential risks for our clients
- Gather insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and needs to help our clients better understand their target audience
Required skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 3+ years working experience as a data analyst
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (e.g. PowerBI, Looker Studio etc.) and databases (SQL etc)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Business fluent in German and English
